In Avito, we are looking for a PR Partner for the Technology Vertical.
Your tasks will include:
- Developing and implementing PR campaigns that promote Avito's technology vertical to users, businesses, and the professional community.
- Managing communications around approved technology launches and releases: formulating positioning and key messages, preparing media plans, ensuring PR support, and measuring impact.
- Developing the expert track for Avito's leaders: participation in industry events, presentations, podcasts, interviews, articles, and comments.
- Preparing texts in various formats: press releases, articles, interviews, talking points, speechwriting, Q&As, materials for presentations and announcements.
- Working closely with product and technical teams: gathering facts, synchronizing on risks, and preparing communications in advance.
- Coordinating contractors: PR agency, production, design, and research.
- Ensuring consistent communication quality.
- Managing projects: deadlines, budget, legal and reputational risks, and performance evaluation.
We expect you to have:
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- At least 5 years of experience with a technology agenda.
- Understanding of how to create and shape news angles on complex topics.
- Knowledge of relevant journalists, ability to shape the news agenda, and write texts for different audiences.
- Ability to prioritize and evaluate results.
- Ability to work with texts in various formats.
- Readiness to make decisions within your area of responsibility.
- Attention to detail.
- Understanding that PR can involve periods of peak workload.
- Willingness to test new approaches and formats.
