What tasks await you:**

• develop and implement PR campaigns that promote Avito's technological direction for various audiences (users, business, professional community, regulators);
• manage communications around technological launches and releases: formulate positioning, key messages, prepare media plans, ensure PR support, and measure impact;
• develop the expert track for Avito leaders: participation in industry events, presentations, podcasts, interviews, articles, comments;
• prepare texts in various formats: press releases, features, interviews, talking points/speechwriting, Q&A, materials for presentations and announcements;
• work closely with product and technical teams and the product: gather facts, synchronize roadmaps and risks, prepare communications in advance;
• coordinate contractors (PR agency, production, design, research) and ensure consistent communication quality;
• manage projects: deadlines, budget, legal and reputational risks, performance evaluation.

We expect you to:

• have worked with cross-functional teams;
• have at least five years of experience in the technology agenda;
• understand how news hooks are created and formed on complex topics;
• know industry journalists, be able to generate news agendas and write interesting texts;
• be able to prioritize and evaluate results;
• work with texts;
• be ready to make decisions;
• be attentive to details;
• understand that PR can involve periods of peak load;
• be ready to experiment and try new things.
