Poison Drop is looking for a Senior PR Manager

Poison Drop is a multi-brand omnichannel jewelry department store with its own e-commerce, mobile app, and stores in major shopping centers.

We have been operating in the market since 2013 and continue to grow actively: expanding our assortment and geography, opening new locations, and developing the brand. In 2022, we entered the international market and opened an operational office in Dubai.

We are now looking for a Senior PR Manager who will take over key PR directions and not just implement tasks, but propose ideas, launch projects, and see the connection between communications and business results.

Responsibilities will include:

• Preparation and implementation of communication plans for launches, leading projects (monobrands and collection launches)
• Referral program for stylists and creators: strategic planning, operational support of the program, analytics, statistics collection, working with the database and incoming applications, overseeing new participant acquisition
• Influencer marketing + UGC: coordination of advertising integrations, maintaining loyal relationships with key figures, monitoring the information space, and finding new talents
• Event management: coordination and implementation of targeted events for various target audiences — client days, press days, presentations
• Partnerships: coordination of partnerships with brands, media, and influencers
• Proactive approach: searching for and analyzing new tools that will help achieve business goals
• Preparation of weekly, monthly, and seasonal analytical reports for management

Who we are looking for: We need a person who sees opportunities themselves and knows how to turn ideas into results.

It will be important:

• Experience in PR / influencer marketing / brand marketing for 3–5 years;
• Good understanding of the fashion, lifestyle, and modern media environment;
• Strong visual awareness and interest in current trends;
• Good knowledge of the influencer, media, and brand market;
• Ability to independently manage projects from idea to implementation;
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build long-term relationships;
• Ability to work with numbers and analyze the results of your projects;
• Readiness to quickly switch between tasks and keep multiple projects in focus simultaneously;
• Proactivity: it is important for us that you not only complete assigned tasks but also bring your own ideas and suggest how things can be done better;
• Ability to work in a team and support colleagues when necessary.
