Mr.Doors** is one of the market leaders in furniture with a 30-year history and a team of 1500+ employees. The company is currently strengthening its PR function and is looking for a Head of PR & Brand Communication who can manage through numbers and build a strong business support culture.
The role's objective is to establish the brand in the minds of clients and designers as an expert partner and a source of inspiration. To build a "content ecosystem" where production (the factory) becomes a media platform, and designers become our ambassadors. Reporting to the Marketing Director.

Areas of Responsibility and Focus:
A. Strategy and Leadership
- Development of the annual brand PR strategy with a focus on the B2B segment (interior designers, architects, developers).
- Reputation management: shaping the expert image of the company's top management in the professional environment.
- Integration of PR activities with marketing goals (lead generation, increasing average check through premium positioning).
B. Work with the "Designers" Channel
- Building long-term relationships with key market players (top 30 designers, architectural bureaus).
- Organizing closed club events (breakfasts, workshops, architectural tours), excursions, and press tours to form a community.
- Developing a loyalty program for partners (not discount-based, but status-based: access to new products, joint project photoshoots).
- Interaction with the Head of Designer Relations as a Client.
C. Content Management (Strategy + Control)
- "Factory" Content (Production): Creating a content strategy for the production account. Formats: Reels, short vertical videos, "quiet" ASMR of production.
- "Designers" Content (People): Curating content that is presented from the perspective of designers.
- Own Blog/Media: Launching an expert blog (Telegram/Dzen/VC) with trend analytics, material science, and project error analysis.
D. B2B
- Program with developers.
- Planning and conducting B2B events (collection presentations at the factory, masterclasses, participation in industry exhibitions).
E. Partner Marketing
- Searching for and activating cross-partnerships: furniture brands, boutique hotels, lighting showrooms, industry publications.
- Organizing joint collaborations to create viral content.
F. Team Management (SMM)
- Setting tasks for the SMM manager (managing social media, filming, editing), monitoring KPIs (engagement, reach among the "designers" target audience).
- Implementing processes: from idea to post.
What's Important:
Education and Experience:
- Higher education (marketing, journalism, environmental design).
- At least 5 years of experience in PR/marketing, including at least 2 years in the premium B2B segment (construction materials, interior design, architecture, furniture, or luxury development).
- Mandatory: Portfolio with successful cases of working with designers/architects.
Professional Skills (Hard Skills):
- Strategist: Ability to build a long-term plan.
- Producer: Understands how to create content in a production environment (lighting, sound, dynamics).
- Networker: Personal contacts in the professional community (designers, architects).
