Teremok" is looking for a Head of PR – a person who will become the internal owner of the company's external communications and special brand projects.**
We need not just an agency coordinator and current PR tasks manager, but an independent PR/brand professional who knows how to spot communication opportunities, shape the agenda, create notable projects, and bring them from idea to implementation.
In this role, you will define what, where, and how the brand should communicate, initiate collaborations and special projects, develop the company's media presence, and create new material manifestations of the brand, from merchandise to joint products with partners.
Responsibilities
PR and Communication Strategy
- Formulate and develop the brand's external communication strategy.
- Define key directions for PR, SMM, new media, and other external communication channels.
- Shape a proactive PR agenda: independently identify news pegs, topics, and communication opportunities.
- Initiate, develop, and implement PR campaigns.
- Develop the brand's media presence and manage the information agenda.
- Build relationships with media, journalists, new media, influencers, and professional communities.
- Promptly provide media with comments, facts, and informational materials.
- Assign tasks to external PR, SMM, and other agencies, coordinate contractors, and control the quality of execution.
- Ensure the unity of key brand messages across all external communications.
- Prepare and edit texts, press materials, and other communication materials.
- Monitor the media landscape and analyze the effectiveness of PR activities.
Collaborations and Special Projects
- Independently search for ideas and potential partners: brands, cultural institutions, artists, musicians, designers, local projects, and other platforms.
- Initiate collaborations that can enhance brand recognition and image.
- Develop the mechanics for special projects and partnerships.
- Negotiate and manage projects from the initial idea to launch and result evaluation.
- Initiate the brand's participation in festivals, exhibitions, business forums, and partner events.
- Organize the company's own events – from intimate gatherings to large-scale projects.
- Manage special project budgets and coordinate all implementation participants.
Merchandise and Material Brand Manifestations
- Formulate the concept for an in-house merchandise line within the brand's identity and communication strategy.
- Create thematic collections, gift solutions, and авторские products.
- Initiate projects with designers, local manufacturers, and other brands.
- Manage product development from idea and concept to production and launch.
- Organize procurement procedures for souvenirs, merchandise, and gifts.
SMM, New Media, and Reputation
- Develop the brand's presence on social media and new media platforms.
- Coordinate contractors responsible for content and managing the company's own accounts.
- Promote PR news and special projects through digital channels.
- Systematically manage brand reputation and ORM.
- Participate in anti-crisis communications and shaping the company's position.
External Communications of the Company's CEO
- Directly interact with the company's CEO.
- Support their external communications.
- Prepare necessary materials, talking points, comments, and informational support for public activities.
What's Important to Us
- Experience in PR, external communications, or brand communications in B2C.
- Experience in the restaurant business, FMCG, retail, lifestyle brands, or media companies will be an advantage.
- Experience in independently shaping the PR agenda, not just executing incoming tasks.
- Ability to find strong news pegs and turn business tasks into interesting communication projects.
- Practical experience interacting with media, journalists, influencers, and communities.
- Experience in developing and implementing collaborations, partnerships, and special projects.
- Experience in event support: organizing business and informal events, brand participation in festivals, exhibitions, and other occasions.
- Understanding of digital and marketing tools, principles of brandformance and performance marketing.
- Experience managing contractors, agencies, and project teams.
- Ability to independently lead a project: formulate an idea, justify it, assemble participants, define a budget, and bring it to completion.
- Experience in developing and producing merchandise and souvenirs will be an advantage.
- Developed visual and editorial taste.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Higher education. Journalism, Public Relations, Media Communications, or Marketing will be an advantage.
