We expect you to have:

• At least 3 years of experience in internal communications or HR brand development;
• The ability to plan and implement complex communication projects;
• Experience organizing corporate events and special projects, both online and offline;
• Creativity, initiative, and the ability to inspire a team;
• Fearlessness of deadlines, "why" questions, and multitasking environments;
• Experience managing corporate social media, with the ability to work with content of any complexity and digital tools;
• The ability to write texts quickly, vividly, and clearly.
