hirix is a recruitment partner for finding IT talent. We are currently looking for a Social Event Manager for our client — an international IT company with a team in Cyprus.

This is not classic event management 👀 The goal is to develop corporate culture, create a community, and foster an active social and sports life for employees.

What you will do: • internal events, parties, small/medium events • sports activities: padel, tennis, marathons, challenges • trips: hiking, surf, cultural excursions • external and charity initiatives • work with local contractors and budgets • development of employee engagement and employer brand • creation of new formats and ideas

What we are looking for: • 2–4+ years in corporate / internal events, community, HR events, or employee experience • experience in organizing turnkey events • experience with contractors, budgets, and event calendar • good insight and understanding of modern event trends • ability to create experiences, not just organize events • experience in Cyprus or a similar market will be a plus • English B2+
