Merch and Event Manager

This role entails working in two directions - merchandise for company employees and partners, and supporting the company’s participation in conferences and events!

You’ll be responsible for:

• Developing merchandise concepts for employees, partners, and regular users;
• Interacting with stakeholders and the creative team;
• Managing contractors located in both Europe and Asia;
• Working with factories, controlling orders and production;
• Collaborating with logistics companies;
• Internal merchandise accounting;
• Supporting the organization of conferences and other branded events.

Candidate requirements :

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience;
• Fluent in both English and Russian;
• Possesses a sense of style and knowledge of clothing and accessory trends;
• Available for full-time weekday work;
• Self-starter capable of multitasking and effective prioritization;
• Demonstrated flexibility in handling various administrative and operational tasks.

Salary: from €2000 net per month. The final compensation level may be higher and depends on relevant experience, skills, and alignment with the role requirements.
