The Dzen (VK) blog platform is looking for a Special Projects and BTL Manager.
About the Team:
The team is responsible for implementing creative projects, including BTL and video production, and organizing large-scale special projects. They work on innovative and ambitious projects from idea to execution, ensuring structured and disciplined completion of all stages.
This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic corporate environment, tackle complex challenges, and participate in the creation of creative and large-scale projects for the Dzen brand.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing special projects: strategic planning, coordinating and executing large-scale events and special projects, including offline and online formats.
- Producing and organizing shoots: full cycle of video production – from idea to post-production. Implementing creative concepts for project shoots.
- Organizing and coordinating events: developing concepts and organizing large-scale events, branding zones, creating unique brand presence formats offline.
- Managing project documentation: preparing and maintaining all necessary documentation, including reports, schedules, and budgeting.
- Managing projects end-to-end: coordinating all project implementation stages, managing timelines, and monitoring execution, working with contractors, controlling quality and budget compliance.
- Analyzing and evaluating effectiveness: assessing the success of special projects, monitoring results, and optimizing processes.
Candidate expectations:
- Experience in special projects with a focus on BTL and video content production.
- Successfully implemented projects of various scales, including complex and multi-task projects.
- Experience with documentation and project management, including budgeting and tender processes.
- Ability to effectively coordinate projects, adhering to deadlines and discipline during execution.
- High level of structure and discipline in work.
- Skills in working with trends and preparing events at the intersection of current trends and business.
- Interest in organizing large-scale events and implementing non-standard formats.
