What you will do:
- Generate and produce viral ideas and special projects
- Come up with and launch situational responses, memes, and reactions to news
- Track and quickly adapt SMM trends and cultural agenda for the brand
- Create projects at the intersection of offline activations and social media
- Manage the implementation of ideas: from concept to publication
- Assign tasks to the team (design, copy, production) and control the results
We expect you to have:
- 2+ years of experience in creative / digital agencies
- Strong visual experience in SMM and advertising (case studies, meme culture, trends)
- Understanding of how virality and humor work
- Ability to quickly come up with ideas and implement them just as quickly
- Experience in participating in creative concepts
- Project and team management skills
