ABOUT US: APIS LAB is a full-cycle marketing agency. We are looking for an SMM Manager / Content Marketer who is interested not just in managing social media based on a ready-made content plan, but in influencing how brands look, sound, and develop in digital. The work will involve both client projects, including a large project in the food retail sector, and APIS LAB's own projects.

TASKS: • Manage SMM projects from idea and content plan to publication and analytics. • Develop content concepts, content calendars, ideas, scripts, and texts for Reels, Stories, posts, and special projects. • Formulate a content calendar taking into account seasonality, holidays, promotions, launches, and business objectives. • Organize product, subject, and image shoots, including editing and posting. • Monitor trends and propose new formats and mechanics for projects. • Utilize modern AI tools for marketing and content production. • Analyze results and prepare improvement suggestions. • Interact with clients, present ideas and work results. • Independently plan tasks and meet agreed-upon deadlines.

REQUIREMENTS: • Experience working with retail, FMCG, retail chains, e-commerce, or consumer brands will be an advantage. We are looking for a person who: • Understands the difference between simply beautiful content and content that solves a marketing problem. • Has good visual awareness. • Can independently organize work and content production. • Is capable of handling multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. • Knows how to work with feedback and edits. • Adheres to agreements and deadlines. • Is interested in digital marketing trends and the development of AI tools. • Wants to grow professionally and gradually take on more responsibility.
