We are looking for a Head of Department who will take responsibility for the development of Super.ru's social media: from strategy and content solutions to team management and growth of key performance indicators.
What you will be doing:
- Formulating and implementing the SMM strategy for Super.ru, developing the brand in digital;
- Being responsible for managing and developing the project's social media and messengers;
- Managing the SMM team: setting tasks, establishing processes, monitoring deadlines and quality;
- Searching for and testing new formats, mechanics, and ideas that help increase reach and audience engagement;
- Monitoring trends and adapting them for Super.ru;
- Analyzing platform and content performance, identifying growth opportunities;
- Preparing regular reports and adjusting the strategy based on data.
What is important to us:
- SMM work experience of 3+ years, including at least 1 year in a leadership position;
- Understanding the specifics, functionality, and algorithms of various social networks and messengers;
- Ability to write and edit texts in accordance with the brand's Tone of Voice;
- Confident work with photo and video editors;
- Experience with analytics tools (Jaga Jam and similar services are preferred);
- Ability to work with data and translate analytics into concrete solutions;
- Strong visual awareness, creativity, and the ability to find fresh approaches to content presentation;
- Systemic approach and the ability to manage work across multiple directions simultaneously;
- Leadership qualities and team management experience.
