Your scope of responsibility:
- Development and implementation of SMM strategy: You will determine how we communicate with the audience, which channels we develop, and how our social media efforts translate into business results (awareness, loyalty, sales).
- Content portfolio management: Leading the full cycle of content creation – from concept and shooting (video, photos in our stores and at events) to final editing (Reels, Shorts, Stories) and publication.
- Leadership and development: Coordinating the work of the team (copywriters, designers) and external contractors (bloggers, musicians) to achieve maximum effect.
- Reputation management and community building: You will build a dialogue with our audience, turn subscribers into a community of brand fans through moderation, feedback, and blogging.
- Analytics and optimization: Continuous analysis of initiative effectiveness, searching for new growth points, and scaling successful practices.
We are looking for you if you:
- Have experience in successfully building an SMM department "from scratch" or scaling an existing one for 3 years, and can confirm this with case studies.
- Are a strategist and leader: You see the big picture, know how to set goals for the team, allocate resources, and take responsibility for the overall result.
- Feel trends and the audience: You understand what will be relevant tomorrow, and know how to adapt it to the brand's goals.
- Are proactive and decisive: You don't wait for tasks, but generate ideas yourself, find opportunities, and lead the team to their implementation.
- Are ready to work "in the field": You understand that the best content is live, so it's natural for you to organize and conduct shoots in stores or at events.
