We operate as a full-service agency, combining several key tools:
- Communications Agency: integrated marketing campaigns and special projects at the intersection of various digital tools with the participation of bloggers and stars
- Creative Hub: development of creative concepts and any content formats
- Production: design, development of visual identity, as well as video production of any format
- PR: celebrity PR, corporate PR, brand PR, as well as music PR
- Production Center: advertising with celebrities and stars, influencer consulting
Our team is looking for an SMM Manager!
Responsibilities:
- Idea generation and competitor analysis;
- Collaboration with the design team and production team
- Creative asset creation;
- Text writing / copywriting;
- Management of the creative process: organization and execution of photo and video shoots;
- Independent shooting of vertical content, stories, and editing;
- Development of strategy and TOV for creative content presentation to be placed on our social media;
- Management of the company's corporate social media and commercial projects;
- Development of content sections, creation of a content plan, and text writing;
- Generation of new ideas, formats, and publication sections.
What we expect from the candidate:
- Knowledge of key quantitative and qualitative SMM metrics;
- Understanding of modern SMM mechanics and trends;
- Readiness to work in a multitasking mode;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Ability to set technical tasks for the team (for creating more complex content);
- Agency-side experience will be an advantage;
- AI proficiency and experience using it in tasks/projects will also be a plus.
