SMM Manager
Due to the active development of the company and business, we have an open position for an SMM Manager in the Marketing Department.
Responsibilities.
- Create posts based on the content provided by the manager.
- Plan the even distribution of content.
- Create content on assigned topics (e.g., a series of posts about technologies, determined by the content plan).
- Process photos and videos, create illustrations and graphics – perform a full cycle of operations to create attractive visuals for the blog.
- Find news hooks – topics related to IT.
- Monitor social media trends and adapt content to current formats.
- Organize interactive activities to increase engagement: contests, polls, challenges.
- Interact with the audience: respond to comments and messages, moderate discussions, handle negative feedback.
- Track metrics (reach, engagement, conversion, subscriber growth) and prepare reports.
What we expect from the candidate:
- At least 3 years of experience as an SMM specialist;
- Understanding of algorithms and specifics of popular social networks (VKontakte, TG, YouTube, etc.);
- Copywriting skills: ability to write concise, engaging, and selling texts;
- Basic visual content handling skills: photo selection, creation of simple graphic materials (Canva, Figma, Photoshop);
- Ability to work with neural networks (photo, video, text);
- Proficiency in automation tools (posting schedulers, chatbots).
- Creativity and a keen eye for trends;
- Attention to detail.
