Two-month training plan

Month 1

Each week, you will have theoretical knowledge, practical assignments, and a meeting with a specialized expert.

Week 1 — Content

• You will learn how to find material and write posts that are read to the end.
• You will learn to accompany texts with meaningful visuals.
• You will write a training post based on a real brief.

Week 2 — SMM Production

• You will understand how to turn ideas into solutions that fit the brand.
• You will learn to find references and create clear technical specifications from them.
• You will try yourself as a producer: you will be able to offer creative ideas and participate in the development of a content plan.

Week 3 — New Business

• You will conduct your first market audit and learn how to extract insights from scattered data.
• You will go through the full cycle of preparing a proposal for a brand: from observations and brainstorming to packaging ideas.
• You will develop ideas for attracting clients and new partnerships.

Week 4 — Video Production

• You will peek into the shooting process and see how ideas turn into finished videos.
• You will monitor trends and collect ideas for shooting.
• You will write a script, edit a video, and even try coordinating a shoot.

Month 2

You will delve into one or more areas and continue to practice your skills on real tasks.

Weeks 5–8 — Practice Period

• Practice, practice, and more practice.
• Every week — meetings with speakers from brands.
• At the end — defense of works and graduation.

Directions

In Advertatura, you will try yourself in four areas. First, you will test each one, then decide where to go deeper. Or go all-in and choose several.

Questions and Answers

Can I combine Advertatura with study or work?

Yes, the main thing is that you can allocate at least four hours on weekdays for the internship — from 10:00 to 19:00 Moscow time. Weekends are for chilling.

What if I already work in digital, will it be boring?

On the contrary, it will be even more interesting :) You will be able to systematize your knowledge, practice your skills on creative tasks, and understand where you want to develop further.

What do you need from me at the start?

We don't expect superpowers from you, but you can't start completely from scratch:

1. You already do something hands-on: write posts, shoot videos, or create mood boards. A personal blog or student project will also work.
2. You are into digital: for example, you follow new features in Telegram or recognize Reels hooks from the first seconds.
3. You don't wait to be pushed: you immerse yourself in the topic, ask questions, and offer solutions.

Can I choose all directions in the second month?

We are all for it! Choose two, three, or even all four directions — it's important that you have enough time and energy.
