The "VkusVill Media" editorial team is looking for a creative special projects producer

What you will be doing:

— Formulate the strategy for the special projects direction: choose topics, formats, and mechanics that are significant for people and the company, rejecting ideas that do not bring value

— Invent and implement special projects of various formats: collaborations with brands and influencers, mini-games, landing pages, educational, entertainment, situational projects, editorial formats — research, historical materials. That is, any existing and yet-to-be-created formats

— Manage projects from idea to launch: develop concepts and mechanics, prepare briefs, coordinate colleagues, forecast results, and draw conclusions based on them.

— Participate in team and cross-team brainstorming sessions and meetings to synchronize tasks

— Has experience in SMM, influencer marketing, digital marketing, brand media, or editorial projects

— Knows how to work with journalistic formats, research, historical materials, or other projects that require in-depth work with information

— Stays informed about what is happening in marketing, advertising, content marketing, media, culture, the country, and the world, and can distinguish a significant trend from fleeting noise

— Can think strategically: sees not only an individual project but also the role of special projects in brand communication

— Strives to put meaning into work, does not create for the sake of creativity

— Knows how to search, verify, and analyze information — independently and with the help of modern tools, including AI

— Is independent, knows how to make decisions, and is not afraid to try new things

— Is capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining attention to detail, and not losing sight of the overall goal

— Resorts to puns only in extreme cases — usually in a state of desperation
