Who we are looking for?
A hands-on marketer – a practitioner who manages channels independently, creates content, launches media campaigns, and knows the specifics of event marketing (concerts, events, corporate parties).
You will be responsible for attracting B2C clients, as well as B2B partners (brands, agencies, corporate clients) to the culinary studios.
To do this, you need to be able to:
- write persuasive posts and articles;
- set up advertising campaigns in VK/Yandex.Direct;
- launch email newsletters;
- create photo and video content for social media (or know how to order and control it);
- prepare product descriptions and presentations for partners.
You are a self-sufficient specialist who doesn't wait for someone else to do things, but takes initiative. At the same time, you understand how a sales funnel works and can measure results.
Responsibilities:
- development and implementation of marketing promotions aimed at achieving sales targets;
- creation of content for all touchpoints — articles, posts, scripts for social media and the studio's website, materials for email newsletters, partner materials;
- launch and management of advertising campaigns — setting up targeted advertising in VK, Yandex.Direct, Geo, working with retargeting, budget management and analytics. Development of effective target indicators for different target audiences and products for them;
- management of the studio's website — updating content, landing pages, promotions, news;
- development of personalized commercial offers for partners and packaging them into presentations;
- organization of shooting and content creation for the studios' social media — photos, videos, stories, reels;
- launch of special projects and promotions to attract new partners, including on a barter basis (contests, collaborations, special offers);
- analysis of the effectiveness of all channels: traffic, conversions, customer acquisition cost, ROMI. Continuous work to improve the efficiency of media spending;
- monitor trends in the event industry, corporate marketing, and the entertainment industry, apply and adapt best practices to our studios;
- interaction with sales — provide them with ready-made marketing materials, case studies, presentations, and arguments for negotiations.
Experience:
- 3-5 years in marketing, preferably in the event industry, corporate events, or related B2B niches, Horeca;
- experience working with culinary studios, restaurants, catering will be an advantage;
- portfolio with examples of content (articles, posts, scripts), advertising campaigns, and case studies.
