VkusVill is looking for a special projects marketer who will come up with and implement non-standard projects for employer brand development.
This is not a classic HR role — it involves a lot of marketing, creativity, and project work: from idea and brief to shooting, launch, and results analysis.
What you will be doing
- Conceiving and launching special projects and marketing campaigns;
- Developing briefs, defining the target audience, mechanics, channels, budget, and metrics;
- Independently managing projects from idea to implementation;
- Working with contractors, agencies, designers, and production teams;
- Participating in shoots, script development, and visual materials;
- Searching for and testing new formats: podcasts, special projects, external platforms, mini-documentary projects, and other ideas;
- Analyzing project results and developing what works;
- Finding suitable projects for marketing and HR awards, packaging cases, and coordinating submissions.
What is important
- 2–3+ years of experience in marketing, special projects, PR, brand marketing, or related fields;
- Experience in independently managing projects from idea to launch;
- Ability to work with contractors and production teams;
- Understanding of marketing tools and promotion channels;
- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines;
- Skill in analyzing results and drawing conclusions;
- Broad awareness, curiosity, and interest in new formats;
- Independence — we need a person who not only receives tasks but also suggests ideas themselves.
Will be a plus: experience in HR marketing / employer branding, participation in awards and professional competitions.
