What you will do:

• Develop and implement a marketing support strategy for own brands through external and internal marketing tools;
• Create a brand strategy, as well as a communication and media strategy;
• Prepare communication plans;
• Regularly monitor brand performance, making adjustments to the marketing support strategy if necessary;
• Monitor competitor activity;
• Organize and control offline and online marketing communications;
• Plan and implement digital campaigns and PR events,
• Coordinate cross-functional interaction to achieve KPIs and grow brand metrics;
• Prepare presentations for key projects;
• Manage campaigns with creative agencies, prepare briefs and control their execution.

We expect:

• Good taste and creative thinking, understanding the principles of classic marketing and brand management;
• Strategic thinking and analytical skills, ability to collect and interpret data;
• Experience in designing and implementing a long-term strategy, introducing new tools and mechanics;
• Creativity, desire to study new global practices and tools;
• Ability to adapt quickly and strictly adhere to guidelines, attention to detail;
• Striving for professional development: continuous study of trends, monitoring;
• Ability to present ideas and concepts, compile reports, create presentations, and analyze received information;
• At least 3 years of marketing experience;
• Experience in Fashion is not required, but will be an advantage.
