The Onkolika Charitable Foundation invites Head of Private Fundraising to join the team — a person who will develop the private donor relations area, increase regular donations, and create sustainable fundraising strategies.
Your tasks:
- Development and implementation of a strategy for attracting and retaining private donors
- Fulfillment of private fundraising plans using existing tools, as well as launching new ones (events, crowdfunding, peer-to-peer, recurring donations, etc.)
- Managing work with crowdfunding platforms, developing a strategy to increase volume from platforms
- Preparation and submission of reports on all private fundraising
- Control of all communication channels with donors: email newsletters, social media, advertising, a hotline for donors, personal appeals (online/offline)
- Interaction with partners (business, media, bloggers) to attract new donors
- Launch and coordination of fundraising campaigns (monthly, targeted, emergency appeals)
- Analysis of campaign effectiveness and donor base, increasing donor conversion and LTV
- Refinement and maintenance of the CRM system for donor relations (together with the IT team)
Candidate expectations:
- Experience in private or mass fundraising (from 2 years, including a management role)
- Understanding of the specifics of the non-profit sector, ideally — experience in medical/oncological charity
- Copywriting and storytelling skills (ability to create emotional and persuasive texts)
- Work with CRM (Bitrix), confident work with acquiring and various payment services
- Understanding of website builders and experience working with developers
- Knowledge of fundraising trends and donor psychology
- Creativity, analytical mindset, and readiness to test new approaches
