The Open Horizons Charitable Foundation invites a Development Director to join the team. This person will take on the key task of attracting funds to the foundation's budget and will be responsible for its development, promotion, and partnership relations.
Since 2015, the Open Horizons Charitable Foundation has been helping teenagers from orphanages and disadvantaged families find their purpose in life and choose a future profession.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and scale the fundraising direction, focusing on measurable results
- Be responsible for the amount of funds raised and meeting financial targets
- Monitor the quantity and quality of implemented projects and media appearances
- Implement a strategy to increase the foundation's recognition and significance
- Interact with the GR (Government Relations) department
Candidate expectations:
- Have experience in the non-profit sector or in business (marketing, PR, advertising) with an interest in developing in the NPO direction
- Possess strong management skills
- Be practice-oriented and focused on concrete, measurable results
- Be able to calculate and confirm work efficiency with numbers: amount of funds raised, number of media appearances, implemented projects
