The Shalash charitable foundation is looking for a Marketing Director.
Responsibilities:
Develop the foundation's marketing strategy:
- Formation of a KPI system linked to the foundation's goals and programs;
- Identification of the foundation's target audiences: with whom, why, and what they want to talk about;
- Regular evaluation of results, testing hypotheses, and adjusting decisions if they are not effective.
Restructure the foundation's communications:
- Analysis of the existing communication system and identification of what needs to be kept, what needs to be corrected, and why;
- Building the foundation's message system considering different audiences, the foundation's tasks, and the public context.
Attract new and retain existing audiences:
- Building a system for attracting new audiences beyond people who are already familiar with the topic of difficult behavior;
- Creation of measurable attraction funnels — for example, one of the immediate tasks will be to receive 50–100 relevant applications from teachers for the foundation's new competition;
- Developing relationships with the foundation's existing audience and understanding what helps people stay;
- Selection of appropriate attraction methods for each task: own channels, partnerships, campaigns, special projects, and other tools;
- Evaluating the effectiveness of different attraction methods and reallocating resources in favor of working solutions.
Build a fundraising system:
- Development of a fundraising strategy and sequence of development for different areas;
- Budget planning;
- Evaluation of the effectiveness of actions;
- Determination of the necessary team structure and hiring of missing personnel.
Requirements:
- Ability to see the organization as a whole and link marketing decisions to its goals, state, and limitations;
- Ability to formulate goals, define KPIs, and turn strategy into a coherent action plan;
- Making informed decisions: understanding the task, justifying the chosen approach and expected outcome;
- Ability to work with hypotheses and results: analyze the effect of decisions and adjust further actions based on data;
- Ability to prioritize and not spend team resources on activities unrelated to set goals;
- Ability to assemble a team, find necessary expertise, set tasks, and manage the results of others' work;
- Ability to independently determine when existing tools and work methods are no longer solving the problem, and propose a new system instead of reproducing familiar processes;
- Experience working specifically in non-profit organizations is not required.
Conditions:
- Salary: 150,000 rubles after tax;
- Work in a beautiful office near Sukharevskaya metro station, which is pleasant to come to (renovations are underway, with a planned housewarming in November);
- Five-day work week with weekends on Saturday and Sunday, no overtime;
- Attentive and respectful relationships within the team;
- Involvement in an important cause and the opportunity to realize professional competencies in a project with a social mission.
