The Onlonika Charitable Foundation is looking for a Head of Development Department.
The "Onlonika" Charitable Foundation is a team of professionals united by a common goal: to make the lives of people with oncological diseases easier and more confident. The foundation helps adult patients throughout Russia, providing comprehensive support in various areas of life.
Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of a strategy for attracting and retaining private donors
- Fulfillment of private fundraising plans
- Work with crowdfunding platforms
- Control of all communication channels with donors
- Interaction with partners (business, media, bloggers)
- Launch and coordination of fundraising campaigns
- Analysis of campaign effectiveness and donor base, increasing donor conversion and LTV
- Improvement and maintenance of the CRM system for working with donors (together with the IT team)
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in private or corporate fundraising
- Understanding of the non-profit sector specifics (or experience in medical/oncology charity)
- Experience with CRM (Bitrix24), confident work with acquiring and various payment services

- Work schedule: 5/2 (Mon-Fri from 9:00 to 18:00)
