A Fundraiser is needed for the Second Wind charitable foundation.
The «Second Wind» Charitable Foundation is the largest non-profit organization in Russia that collects and provides quality clothing and footwear to people (large families, elderly people, teenagers, people with disabilities, and others) so that they can feel more confident and decide on positive life changes. Anyone can bring their clothes to the Foundation's containers to give them a new life.
They are currently looking for a fundraiser who will come up with new creative and effective fundraising mechanics and develop trusting and warm relationships with the foundation's private donors.
Main tasks to be involved in:
- Lead the private fundraising department, develop and implement its strategy, working towards achieving KPIs and long-term goals
- Actively expand the base of private donors by launching communication campaigns, offline events, and social marketing promotions within private fundraising mechanics
- Reach new audiences, including through the development of partnership programs with colleagues from the partner relations department
- Develop relationships with supporters, maintain communication with the Foundation's donors (consider touchpoints, communication channels, find suitable tone of voice, consider communication goals, and build it in accordance with the tasks)
- Collaborate with colleagues to conceptualize and plan interaction with the Foundation's audiences through its own channels – website, social networks, email newsletters, physical media
- «Package» the Foundation's charitable projects for fundraising, conduct and promote effective fundraising campaigns
- Coordinate interaction with fundraising platforms, maintain good relationships with partners, maintain constant visibility
- Maintain reporting
- Prepare texts (communication messages, letters), set tasks for the preparation of visual and textual materials
- Analyze campaign results and current processes, evaluate key metrics, propose and implement data-driven improvements
Who they are looking for:
- You share the mission and values of our project
- You have experience working in an NGO (required)
- You have successful experience in private fundraising, crowdfunding, or marketing for at least 2 years
- You know how to create fundraising texts and persuasive donor proposals
- You enjoy working with people, you know how to build relationships and negotiate
- You are results-oriented, approach tasks systematically, and can work autonomously
- You know how to work with CRM systems and data analytics, are not afraid of numbers, and can make decisions based on them
- You have well-developed communication skills, quick reaction time, and fluent written and spoken language
- You think strategically, are ready to generate hypotheses and test them
Will be a plus: public speaking experience, knowledge of digital marketing tools.
