The Children's Hospice "House with a Beacon" is looking for a Director of Fundraising.
The "House with a Beacon" Charitable Foundation helps terminally ill children and young adults up to 30 years old and exists on charitable donations. The foundation's budget is about 1 billion rubles per year. They are looking for an energetic and experienced leader to head the fundraising department and help expand the opportunities to assist patients.
Responsibilities:
- Support the foundation's existing donation attraction system, as well as develop and implement new ideas and projects to increase donations
- Manage staff, processes, deadlines, and results
- Work with CRM, DRM, mailing lists, and platforms
- Participate in event organization
- Monitor reporting and document flow
Requirements:
- Experienced manager with a track record in project and team management
- A proactive and creative individual who can not only propose ideas but also bring them to life
- Someone ready to work in a multitasking environment and make quick decisions
- Candidate with experience organizing large-scale events
- A leader whose strengths lie not only in negotiation but also in database accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to deadlines
- A tactful, positive, and easy-to-communicate person
- Experience in fundraising within an NGO or business will be an advantage, but is not a mandatory requirement
