The Dom s Mayakom children's hospice is looking for an HRD with experience in managing all blocks: recruitment, personnel records management, onboarding, and support.
More than 450 employees work at Dom s Mayakom: from medical staff to logistics specialists and drivers. We want all vacancies to be filled faster, and people to enjoy their work and stay for as long as possible.
Who we are looking for:
- Someone interested in supporting routine processes for a long time (70% of working time) and creating and implementing new initiatives (30% of time).
- Someone who understands that working in a non-profit organization (NPO) means working with limited resources and budget constraints, where there is almost no time to discuss strategy, and urgent tasks need to be addressed.
- Someone who loves communicating with people, but no less loves maintaining order in databases and documents.
What needs to be done:
- 30% of time — managing the recruitment department. Standardizing the recruitment process. Independently filling complex vacancies (medical and managerial). Filling approximately 30-40 vacancies per month with the department's team. Reporting to the Head of Recruitment and 3 recruiters.
- 20% of time — personnel records management block. Drafting local regulations, agreements, overseeing all personnel records management processes, and undergoing audits. Reporting to the Head of Personnel Records Management and 2 specialists.
- 20% of time — personnel support, training, and development. Reporting to the Head of Personnel Support and 2 training managers.
- 15% of time — handling dismissals, reducing staff turnover, and supporting managers.
- 15% of time — describing, optimizing, and automating business processes. Reporting to the business analyst.
