The "PRO Women" Charity Foundation is seeking a CEO.

The foundation's main activity is to support the international self-organizing women's community PRO Women, which since 2016 has been helping women to change their lives for the better: achieve goals, realize dreams, launch projects, and achieve self-realization with the support of like-minded groups.

About the position:

We are looking for a strategic leader who will focus on scaling the Foundation's impact, attracting resources, and external communications. Operational management of processes is assigned to the Executive Director, allowing you to concentrate on growth and partnerships.

Key tasks:

• Strategy: forming the foundation's development vector and translating the mission into measurable results
• Fundraising: attracting funding, working with patrons and large businesses
• Representation: acting as the foundation's "ambassador" in key forums and media
• Partnerships: building long-term relationships with state and private institutions

Candidate expectations:

• Experience in strategic management in business or non-profit organizations
• Negotiation skills at the executive level
• Successful track record of attracting significant investments or charitable funds
• Ability to inspire a team and build systematic processes
• Entrepreneurial approach and sincere involvement in the social agenda
