The charitable social project ZHIVA.YA is looking for a PR Director who can not only tell the whole country about it but also build systematic marketing around the project.
Responsibilities:
PR:
- Represent the project in the public sphere (including the Presidential Administration, State Duma, Federation Council, relevant ministries and departments)
- Participate in the development and implementation of the PR strategy
- Formulate and implement a PR activities plan
- Propose and implement PR effectiveness metrics
- Organize interviews, publications, events
- Write and publish articles, press releases, news, interviews, and official comments in the media
- Build relationships with journalists, bloggers, opinion leaders, and public figures
- Promote the project and project management at conferences and industry events
- Formulate and defend the PR budget
- Create and develop a pool of media and information partners
- Participate in the preparation of the public annual report
Marketing:
- Develop and implement the project's marketing strategy
- Manage brand positioning and development
- Set up and optimize advertising campaigns (including Yandex.Direct)
- Work with the funnel for attracting and retaining beneficiaries
- Develop digital channels and attract the target audience
- Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and channels
- Synchronize marketing and PR into a single system
Management:
- Form and build a marketing and PR team
- Build processes and ensure results are achieved
What is important:
- Higher education (marketing, advertising, brand management, PR, economics)
- 5+ years of experience in PR/marketing
- Understanding of the specifics of PR and marketing in the non-profit sector
- Experience in developing digital channels and attracting an audience
- Practical experience with advertising tools (including Yandex.Direct)
- Strong copywriting skills: the ability to write clearly, quickly, and to the point
- Experience with analytics (Google Analytics, Yandex.Metrica)
- Experience interacting with government agencies and relevant ministries
- Ability to prepare strong and persuasive presentations (PowerPoint / Miro / Figma / Canva / Photoshop)
- Willingness to work in a multitasking environment and effectively manage priorities
- Result-oriented and ability to complete tasks
- High stress resistance and readiness for intensive work
- Engagement in the information field: activity on social networks, understanding of current affairs, participation in professional events
