The Igra charitable foundation is looking for a Head of PR Department who can identify key narratives and messages from complex social issues and transform them into communications that resonate with the audience.
The main task of this role:
- Make the foundation's projects noticeable. Find strong communication approaches, turn ideas into news hooks, and ensure the foundation's systematic presence in the media, social networks, and partner channels.
What needs to be done:
- Develop and implement the foundation's PR strategy
- Participate in the development and organize the promotion of fundraising, partnership, and communication campaigns
- Manage the communications team: set tasks and coordinate SMM, creatives, designers, and external contractors
- Find strong news hooks and devise PR approaches for the foundation's projects
- Package ideas and projects into stories understandable for media, bloggers, and the audience
- Work with media, Telegram channels, bloggers, opinion leaders, and media partners
- Organize publications, interviews, special projects, and information partnerships
- Develop relationships with journalists, editors, channel authors, and opinion leaders
- Analyze the effectiveness of PR activities and prepare reports

- Work with media, bloggers, and partners hands-on, not just through contractors
- Understand why some stories become noticeable and others do not
- Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and maintain the timeline
Will be a plus:
- Experience working in charitable foundations, media, educational, or cultural projects
- Cases of successful PR campaigns or special projects
- Own network of contacts in media and among opinion leaders
- Exposure to modern brands, media, and communications
How work will be evaluated:
- The foundation's communications become systematic and consistent
- Growth in the foundation's recognition and the quality of its public presence
- The foundation's communications align with the tone of voice and positioning, reaching the target audience
- Communication activities support the foundation's fundraising goals (strengthen partnerships, become an entry point for new partners and individual donors)
- Achievement of KPIs for: reach, engagement, organic traffic growth, growth in new individual donors
