The Nizhny Novgorod Regional Public Organization Nizhny Novgorod Women's Crisis Center invites a Head of Development Department to join the team.
Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of a fundraising strategy, formation of an annual plan and budget for the department.
- Development of partnerships with businesses, foundations, and other organizations: negotiations, preparation of proposals, support of joint projects.
- Development of private fundraising: regular donations, campaigns and fundraising initiatives.
- Work with various sources of funding, including participation in grant programs: formation of an approach, selection of priority competitions, coordination of application preparation with the involvement of experts and grant writers, approval of concepts and control of KPI execution in collaboration with the team.
- Coordination of the work of the team and external specialists involved in resource mobilization. In the future - development and management of the department's team.
- Participation in the development of the organization and the introduction of new fundraising tools.
Requirements:
- Experience in resource mobilization in business or NGOs (desirable).
- Proven results in achieving financial goals.
- Experience in managing projects and teams.
- Understanding of the specifics of the non-profit sector (will be an advantage).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Independence, systematic approach, and result orientation.
- Willingness to take responsibility for the financial performance of the department.
