Head of School Relations Department at Shalash Charitable Foundation
The Shalash Charitable Foundation is looking for a Head of School Relations Department.
This department implements the Program for supporting pedagogical teams in state schools. The goal of the Program is to impart knowledge and skills to pedagogical staff on working with difficult behavior, as well as to support them in their current work.
The team is currently working in several schools in the Kaluga region and is looking for a person who can see the potential of pedagogical teams and continue the Program's implementation with the team.
Responsibilities:
- Implement the Program's content. Substantively implement the program according to its intended structure and goals, order result measurements.
- Manage the team. Hire staff, assign tasks, set deadlines, monitor performance, provide feedback, initiate employee training.
- Build relationships with school principals and other partners. Search for schools, interact with school principals on content, deadlines, goals, and program outcomes.
- Plan department work. Define the annual plan and carry out quarterly planning.
- Manage the department's budget and reporting. Compile reports on substantive activities, present work results at general foundation team meetings.
- Participate in the foundation's general processes and communication with other departments.

- Salary of 100,000 rubles net.
