The Miloserdie.ru charitable foundation (Orthodox portal for charity Miloserdie.ru) is seeking a Head of Fundraising Department.
Responsibilities:
- Development of the foundation's fundraising strategy and plan for attracting funds in the near future. Priority areas: corporate donors and mass donations.
- Establishing the foundation's initial steps in working with corporate donors and major private donors, including: preparing and presenting projects for potential donors, negotiating with company representatives (owners, top management, CSR/marketing directors), maintaining a donor database; planning communications with them on a calendar basis; organizing and conducting corporate fundraising events.
- Organizing a system for attracting and retaining mass donors, developing mass fundraising campaigns, selecting and implementing CRM, analytics, and donor communication tools.
- Forming the fundraising department team.
Requirements:
- Successful experience of at least 2 years in fundraising, CSR management, or business management.
- Ability to build fundraising hypotheses and test them with data based on experiments and analytics; not afraid to experiment.
- Excellent communication skills, not afraid of "cold" calls and able to conduct flexible negotiations.
- Experience with donation agreements, estimates, and donor reporting, understanding business requirements for reporting and communication.
- Familiarity with corporate CSR topics, ability to speak the same language with managers in this field and to see possible points of intersection between the foundation's projects and a specific company's CSR.
- Experience in preparing engaging and persuasive presentations.
