Since 2015, the «Otkryvaya gorizonty» charitable foundation has been helping teenagers from orphanages and low-income families find their purpose in life and choose a future profession. The team believes that every teenager should have a chance for a prosperous future.
They are looking for a partner manager (fundraising) who will attract partners and donors, building long-term and mutually beneficial relationships.
In this role, you will:
- Build relationships with new partners
- Prepare presentations, organize negotiations, and coordinate document flow with partners
- Increase the loyalty of existing partners through meetings, invitations to events, and joint publications with the PR department
- Maintain a database of partners and prepare regular reports on communication outcomes
- Communicate with the Foundation's departments to gather needs and develop a fundraising strategy
The ideal candidate:
- Has at least 2 years of experience in fundraising, sales, communications, CSR/ESG, or NGOs
- Knows how to build long-term relationships with partners and conduct negotiations
- Proficient in Excel, CRM, text, and presentation materials
- Understands financial statements and has well-developed, articulate speech
- Can search for partners «cold» and inspire them to collaborate
- Demonstrates proactivity, time management, and the ability to work in a team to achieve results
