Children's hospice "House with a Lighthouse" is looking for a Head of Family Programs to be responsible for organizing non-medical projects.

- The department includes the "Dreams Come True" project for fulfilling hospice patients' dreams; the volunteer department; events for families; congratulating patients on holidays; organizing various benefits for parents (haircuts, tickets, etc.), photo sessions, family chats, and newsletters. All areas of activity are very pleasant and positive.
- A feature of the position is multitasking. "House with a Lighthouse" supports over 1000 families, and there are many requests, with all tasks having deadlines. You need to simultaneously control many details: whether a birthday cake was delivered on time, whether a volunteer nanny was found in time, whether a photo album with the child's pictures was printed well, and so on.
- And the second feature is non-standard processes for which there are no ready-made algorithms. Hospice patients come up with the most incredible dreams, and organizing them can be a non-trivial task. Long complex journeys, meetings with celebrities. Finding a volunteer for a child, for example, in Kolomna, organizing training and selection of volunteers for the nanny position, etc. You constantly need to come up with ways to solve non-standard requests.
What you need to do:
- Lead the work of a team of employees (8 people) and volunteers (1000+ people).
- Build and automate processes, control deadlines.
- Develop areas: expand the list, quality, and quantity of services.
Expectations for the candidate for this position:
- Experience in people management.
- Experience in administering a large number of processes.
- Love for order in the database and punctuality with deadlines.
- Independence in problem-solving.
- Ideally, extensive personal volunteer experience (to lead volunteers, it is important to be a volunteer yourself).

- Income of 130,000 rubles take-home.
- Full-time employment (40 hours per week) at the office near "Novoslobodskaya" metro station.
- 5/2 schedule, but with flexible start and end times for the workday.
- 6 hours per month for training.
