Case Manager (Moscow)
Case managers work to reduce the social isolation of families with palliative children, help them build and strengthen social connections, think through an educational path, and distribute childcare responsibilities among several adults so that the family has enough strength for a long period.
Who we are looking for:
The work of a case manager is suitable for psychologists, educators, defectologists, and social workers.
Experience working with people with disabilities and in helping professions is desirable.
Currently, there are vacancies in the districts of Moscow: North-East.
What a case manager does:
- Long-term home support for 25-40 families with children requiring palliative care.
- Assistance in building and deepening social connections, forming a support network, finding and adapting communities in which the child and parents can become active participants.
- Selection and adaptation of an educational path for the child, leisure, and out-of-home activities.
- Developing the child's independence in mobility, daily tasks, and decision-making, improving environmental accessibility.
- Support for parents, siblings, and the sick child.
- Organization of spiritual and psychological support, congratulations on holidays.
- Support in planning for the future (growing up, death).
We offer:
- Income of 95,000 rubles per month net (this amount includes travel compensation, or you can use corporate car-sharing or gasoline coupons).
- Full-time work, 5 days a week: 4 days visiting families (3 visits per day, 1 visit is 1.5 hours plus travel time between visits), 1 day a week in the office near Novoslobodskaya metro station.
- 8 methodological hours per month for training: the hospice has an extensive in-house professional development program.
