Physical endurance is important: it is not easy to drive a person in a wheelchair around the city.

What needs to be done

• Visit from three to five families with terminally ill children at home during the week. One visit to one child takes 6–12 hours. A total of 40 working hours per week. The duration of the visit and the time of its start are at the family's request. Most often, work starts at 9-10 am and ends at 7-8 pm.
• Help children with eating, bathing, walks, moving, medical procedures. Take them to the pool, classes, etc.
• Help the child develop skills and independence, help them learn communication.

• income of 100,000 rubles per month net;
• 5/2 schedule;
• 28 days of vacation per year;
• you need to come to the office at m. "Novoslobodskaya" once a week for team meetings;
• 16 methodological hours per month for training: the hospice has an extensive professional development program within the organization. We teach developmental care, alternative communication, positioning, etc.;
