Hospice nannies are people without medical education. We will teach you all the subtleties of caring for palliative children. Nannies not only help with medical and hygiene tasks, they accompany children on walks, to school and to classes.

Physical endurance is important: it is not easy to drive a person in a wheelchair around the city.

What needs to be done

• Visit from three to five families with terminally ill children at home during the week. One visit to one child takes 6–12 hours. A total of 40 working hours per week. The duration of the visit and the time of its start are at the family's request. Most often, work starts at 9-10 am and ends at 7-8 pm.
• Help children with eating, bathing, walks, moving, medical procedures. Take them to the pool, classes, etc.
• Help the child develop skills and independence, help them learn communication.

We offer:

• income of 100,000 rubles per month net;
• 5/2 schedule;
• 28 days of vacation per year;
• you need to come to the office at m. "Novoslobodskaya" once a week for team meetings;
• 16 methodological hours per month for training: the hospice has an extensive professional development program within the organization. We teach developmental care, alternative communication, positioning, etc.;
• opportunities for professional growth: hospice nannies often move into positions such as case managers, educators, physical therapists, etc.;
• introductory internship before employment;
• employment in accordance with the Labor Code of the Russian Federation.
