The hotel for cats Bonifacy's Holidays invites a Cat Nanny to the team.

Bonifacy's Holidays is a cozy place in Moscow where you can safely bring and leave your pet for a while. It doesn't matter if you're going on vacation, a business trip, or doing renovations. The hotel's doors are always open for pets.

Experience with animals, love, and basic knowledge about cats are mandatory!

Responsibilities:

• Dry and wet cleaning of cat rooms twice a day
• Cleaning up after cats at least twice a day or as needed, based on the specific needs of our furry guests
• Feeding and watering cats, monitoring their diet and behavior
• Playing with cats, providing treatment, and performing hygiene procedures if necessary
• Administrative functions: working with the LitePMS booking system, consulting clients, handling calls and bookings
• Cleaning common areas of the hotel: kitchen, lounge, reception
• Veterinary examination of cats

Requirements:

• Experience interacting with cats or dogs
• Speed of work: the morning starts with cleaning all cat rooms and feeding, while simultaneously answering calls and responding to owners' messages
• Sociability and the ability to navigate questions, remember information about cats, and process bookings
• Client-orientation – the ability to balance the requirements and wishes of owners, and to fulfill their sometimes unusual requests to the fullest
• Responsibility! Cats are clients, and ensuring their interests and comfort is the top priority! The reputation of the entire hotel depends on the quality of your work

Conditions:

• The hotel has 60 rooms. One cat nanny is responsible for an average of 12, up to a maximum of 20 cats (with an additional charge for intensive care)
• Daily cleaning and feeding from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. From 1:00 PM to 6:30 PM, check-ins, check-outs, playing with pets, hygiene procedures, sending reports to owners, confirming bookings, working with contracts, and additional feeding and cleaning as needed
• From 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM, cleaning rooms, common areas, and evening feeding
• The potential employee will be trained and everything will be explained
• Working hours are from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, with a 2/2 shift schedule
• Salary is paid twice a month and depends on the number of shifts worked. The cost of one shift is 2000 rubles net, after successfully completing the probationary period
• The first day is an unpaid internship. The probationary period is 1 month
