"Assistants" is a home care service that recruits care specialists. We help families organize care for their loved ones at home and in medical facilities.

👵 About the Ward

Woman, 85 years old. Mild chronic heart failure, varicose veins, age-related hearing loss. Lives alone.

🗓 Work Schedule

• Shift rotation 15/15 or 30/30, to be agreed with the candidate. • On-site accommodation during the shift, separate room. • Accommodation and meals are provided free of charge.

💰 Conditions

• Payment — 6,000 ₽ per day. • For a 15-day shift — 90,000 ₽. • Candidates from other cities in Russia are considered.

Responsibilities

• Assistance with hygiene and dressing. • Help with moving around the apartment. • Cooking meals and assistance during meals, if necessary. • Monitoring well-being and medication intake as prescribed by a doctor. • Maintaining order in the room and kitchen. • Communication, attention, and daily support for the ward.

Who We Are Looking For

A responsible, neat, and patient caregiver with experience in caring for the elderly. It is important to be able to notice changes in the ward's well-being and report them promptly. Medical education will be an advantage. References are welcome.
