Seeking a Personal Assistant for Remote Work I am a career mentor and psychologist, primarily working with entrepreneurs and specialists. I help them with career and professional development, decision-making, and goal achievement. I am looking for someone who can take on some of my daily organizational and communication tasks and gradually become my right-hand person.
Responsibilities: — Correspond with clients on Telegram; — Assist with daily mailings and post commenting; — Respond to messages; — Work with information: search, gather, and structure necessary materials; — Assist with current project tasks; — Ensure that agreements and tasks are not lost and are completed on time.
What I'm Looking For: A person with proficient written communication skills, high responsibility, and attention to detail. It's important not just to mechanically follow instructions, but to engage in the process, ask questions, understand the task, and bring it to completion.
It will be a big plus if you: — Learn quickly; — Can independently find solutions; — Feel comfortable communicating with people in writing; — Can structure information; — Adhere to agreements and deadlines; — Are interested in development and are ready to take on more responsibility over time. Experience as an assistant is a plus, but not required. Adequacy, responsibility, trainability, and a desire to work are much more important to me.
Conditions: — Fully remote work; — Approximately 2-5 hours of work per day; — 1 day off per week; — Starting salary - around 15,000 ₽ per month; — Opportunity to gradually expand the scope of tasks and grow with the project.
