Junior HR Specialist

What you will do:

— Full-cycle HR record keeping for 600+ employees;

— Preparation and signing of documents with the organization's employees;

— Timely filling of HR logs and work record books.

— Filing of HR documents;

— Internal audit of documents not signed by employees (monthly);

— Formation and control of the vacation schedule;

— Work with the archive, issuing document copies and certificates to employees;

— Meeting and coordinating employees regarding hiring/termination processes;

— Organizing document dispatch to remote employees.

We expect from our future team member:

— At least one year of experience in independent HR record keeping;

— Knowledge of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation (preferred);

— Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word;

— Ability to work with documents in a multitasking mode with a large volume of information;

— Ability to build relationships with interacting departments and work in a team;

— Knowledge of 1C:ZUP 8.3 is an additional advantage.
