Requirements:

1. At least 3 years of experience in construction organizations as Head of HR Department (ASE group companies, Titan-2 concern, as an advantage)
2. Excellent knowledge of Excel and experience working with large datasets.
3. Expert knowledge of the Labor Legislation of the Russian Federation, rotational work methods, and summarized accounting of working time.
