The production site is located approximately 120 km from Moscow. The initial stage of work involves presence directly at the site.

Experience working in large companies with a staff of 2,000+ employees.

Knowledge of the specifics of production enterprises and hourly pay systems.

We are also considering candidates from the mining industry, including those currently working in companies in this sector.

Key competencies:

• Understanding of piece-rate pay and payroll costs ratio.
• Experience in recruiting production personnel.
• Knowledge of the specifics of mining production and personnel placement principles.

Offices: Moscow and relocation to the region (relocation package).

🔹 HRD_ FMCG Startup

Experience in FMCG, primarily in the beverage category.

Experience launching production and building an HR function in a growing business is important.

🔹 Specialists in Personnel Records Management (КДП)_FMCG and Chemical Industry

We are looking for specialists, not managers.

Locations: Moscow Oblast.

Location: Moscow.
