Veterinary Specialist / Veterinarian
Royal Catch is a producer of premium black caviar and sturgeon. We have been operating since 2008. The company structure includes 5 legal entities: retail and wholesale, processing, and export.
Production and four legal entities are located in Maykop, Republic of Adygea, the fifth legal entity is registered in Krasnodar.
We are looking for a remote veterinary specialist to comprehensively support the sturgeon farm and production.
Tasks:
- veterinary support for the breeding, keeping, and processing of live fish;
- maintaining veterinary records and documentation;
- working with Veterinary Certificates of Departure (VSD) / FGIS "Mercury";
- production of sturgeon caviar under "Chestny Znak", approximately 40 GTINs;
- escorting cargo through temporary storage warehouses (TSW);
- preparation and addition of laboratory research and quality protocols;
- processing documents for the movement, shipment, and sale of products;
- control of product compliance with veterinary and sanitary requirements;
- systematization of documentation and control of deadlines for research and permits.
Requirements:
- specialized veterinary education;
- work experience in an enterprise related to fish farming, aquaculture, or fish product processing;
- knowledge of veterinary legislation and requirements for fish products;
- practical experience with "Mercury", "Chestny Znak", and veterinary documentation;
- confident work with electronic document flow and spreadsheets;
- attentiveness, systematic approach, responsibility;
- ability to independently manage a work area and control the entire documentation cycle.
Experience with sturgeon breeds and caviar is a significant advantage.
