INWELL is a premium preventive medicine center in Saint Petersburg.
We combine modern diagnostics, personalized support programs, check-ups, nutrigenomics, IV therapy, and comprehensive specialist care centered around the patient.
We are looking for a general practitioner to join our mobile team for long-term cooperation. It is important for us to provide the patient with the same level of medical care and service outside the clinic as they receive at INWELL. The specialist will conduct home consultations, assess the patient's condition, determine further management tactics, and, if necessary, coordinate further examinations and treatment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home primary and follow-up patient appointments;
- Collect medical history and perform objective patient examinations;
- Assess the patient's overall condition and determine further management tactics;
- Conduct differential diagnosis within the scope of competence;
- Order necessary laboratory and instrumental examinations;
- Interpret the results of already conducted examinations;
- Provide necessary medical assistance within the scope of a general practitioner's competencies;
- Determine indications for further observation, additional diagnostics, or consultation with specialized physicians;
- Interact with clinic physicians within the framework of a unified patient pathway;
- Monitor patients dynamically;
- Maintain medical documentation in the HIS (Hospital Information System);
- Work as part of a mobile team in accordance with the clinic's internal standards.
Requirements:
- Higher medical education;
- Residency in "General Practice" (Therapy);
- Valid accreditation in "General Practice" (Therapy);
- Experience in independent outpatient patient consultations;
- Experience working with patients at home will be an advantage;
- Confident skills in clinical diagnostics and patient assessment;
- Clinical thinking and attention to detail;
- High level of physician communication skills;
- Ability to make independent clinical decisions within your competence;
- Readiness to work as part of a mobile team.
