Patient Re-engagement Manager

«Teeth in a Day» is a federal network of dental clinics specializing in comprehensive dental restoration using international All-on-4 and All-on-6 protocols.

We are looking for a Patient Re-engagement Manager — Resuscitator who will re-engage patients familiar with the clinic and help them return to the decision about treatment.

Important to know before applying

— You will work with a database of patients who have already had a consultation but for various reasons have not started treatment. — The main format of work is extensive communication via phone and messengers. — It is important here not just to remind them about the clinic, but to understand the real reason for the pause and bring the patient back into the dialogue. — There will be many rejections and repeated contacts: it is important to calmly return to the conversation and not lose the patient after the first "no".

Your tasks

— Work with the patient database after consultation and bring them back into active dialogue. — Identify the real reasons that prevent the patient from starting treatment: cost, fear, doubts, opinion of loved ones, choice of another clinic. — Work with objections and select a convenient communication channel: phone, WhatsApp, Telegram, SMS. — Bring the patient to a repeat consultation and transfer them to a curator with a clear decision-making history. — Record agreements and next steps in CRM.

We expect you to

— Have at least 1 year of experience in sales, call center, customer retention, customer service, banking, or support. — Be calm about rejections and be prepared to re-contact the patient. — Be able to ask questions and find the real reason for doubts, not just work from a script. — Be persistent without pressure and maintain trust. — Be responsible and disciplined: do not leave the patient without a specific next step.

Format and income

— Unlimited income: fixed salary + bonus for each patient who attends + % of the cost of performed operations. — Average employee income — from 80,000 ₽, strong specialists consistently earn 100,000 ₽ and above. — Fully remote work. — Convenient schedule — 2/2 or 3/3, from 08:00 to 20:00. — Training and support at the start: working with objections, difficult negotiations, and patient re-engagement. — Corporate discounts on treatment for you and your loved ones.
