Assistant Cadastral Engineer

4K-expert is an innovative Legal Tech company providing real estate legal services.

We are continuing to develop our cadastral value reduction services and strengthening our production department. We are now looking for an Assistant Cadastral Engineer. This can be a junior or an already practicing specialist who is familiar with the cadastral field, knows how to work with plans, and is ready to visit sites.

We don't necessarily need someone who already knows the entire internal methodology for reducing cadastral value. We are prepared to teach that. What's important is that cadastral terminology and working with real estate objects are already familiar to you, so we don't have to train you from scratch.

Your Responsibilities

• analyze open cadastral data and information on real estate objects;
• work with hypotheses and data to prepare commercial proposals for cadastral value reduction;
• process and systematize information in Excel;
• visit client sites in Moscow and the Moscow region;
• work with plans and perform necessary markup in AutoCAD or a similar specialized program;
• prepare information and materials for further project support;
• work with internal documentation and manage projects in Bitrix24.

Site visits depend on the number of concluded contracts (the sales department is responsible for this). There might be more visits during some periods and none at all during others. Visits can be grouped, for example, several sites in one day.

What's Important to Us

• specialized education or practical experience in the cadastral field;
• experience working with AutoCAD or a similar program for working with plans and drawings;
• readiness to visit sites;
• confident proficiency in Excel: formulas, processing, and structuring large volumes of data.

We are also considering junior specialists: a good specialized foundation, analytical thinking, and a willingness to work are more important to us than many years of experience.

• income of 100,000 ₽ net;
