Responsibilities:
- Development of project and working documentation for multi-story residential buildings and multi-level parking garages;
- Performing calculations in software packages (SCAD, Lira-SAPR or similar);
- Performing incoming quality control of project and working documentation;
- Comprehensive interaction with related engineering departments;
- Leading a team of design engineers. Quality control of issued documentation, control and management of documentation release deadlines by the team;
Requirements:
- Higher professional education (architecture and construction); Civil Engineering;
- Work experience of 3+ years (in a similar position - public/residential buildings);
- Proficient PC user, MS Office, Excel, Word;
- Ability to work in multitasking mode, stress resistance, responsibility, and punctuality;
- Ability to read drawings, proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (desirable).
