Responsibilities: • Development of design documentation sections: Architectural Design (AR), Architectural and Planning Solutions (APR), Structural Design (KR), Structural Metal Design (KM), Reinforced Concrete Structures (KJ), Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (OViK), Water Supply and Sewerage (VK), Electrical Equipment of Mechanical Equipment (EOM), Technological Design (TX), Environmental Impact Assessment (OOS), Access Control Systems (SKUD), Fire Alarm Systems (SOS), Fire Protection Systems (APS), Communication Systems (SS), Fire Safety Measures (MPB), Commissioning (PNR), Engineering-Geological Surveys (IGI), Engineering-Geodesic Surveys (IGDI) • Calculation and design of foundations. • Development and оформление (design/documentation) of design stages P and R in accordance with regulatory documents and according to the requirements of Government Decree No. 87; • Coordination of design solutions with adjacent sections; • Selection of equipment according to adopted technical solutions; • Experience in passing and obtaining a positive conclusion from the State Expertise on one's project section. • Performing calculations. • Compilation of specifications and lists of work volumes
Requirements: • Ability to work in AutoCAD, Revit (as a plus), MS Office • At least 1 year of experience in developing design documentation • Experience working with government organizations
