Construction and Technical Expert

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of written expert opinions (in accordance with N 73-FZ of May 31, 2001) in the following main areas:
• Site visits (compilation of schematic plans with dimensions, photographic documentation, quality control of finishing works: wall plastering, floor leveling, etc.)
• Compliance of real estate objects with construction/urban planning/fire safety/sanitary norms and regulations, determination of the scope and cost of works to eliminate non-conformities
• Determination of the actually completed scope, cost, and quality of work under construction contracts
• Determination of the causes of damage to apartments/non-residential premises and the cost of restoration work
• Determination of compliance of finishing work quality with regulatory requirements, calculation of the cost of eliminating non-conformities
• The ability to prepare cost estimates in the "GRAND-smetа" software for construction and installation works will be an advantage.

Requirements:

• Completed higher education in the field of "Construction": "Industrial and Civil Engineering", "Construction of Unique Buildings and Structures", "Forensic Examination", etc.
• Additional education in forensic examination will be an advantage;
• Confident PC user (MS Office; knowledge of "GRAND-smetа", AutoCAD is welcomed)
• Good written and spoken communication skills
• Ability to work with regulatory and technical documentation, project documentation; experience in a Contract Department (PTO) is welcomed
• We consider candidates with experience in construction and technical expertise.

Conditions:

• Employment according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation
• Schedule 5/2, from 9:00 to 18:00, Sat., Sun. - days off
• Salary level and cooperation terms are discussed at the interview and will depend on the qualification level
