Now we are looking for a Civil Engineering Technical Service Engineer to join our friendly team.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Technical support for sales (jointly with sales representatives).
- Technical consulting, training, and on-site technical support for employees of design and construction organizations, as well as client services, on the properties, characteristics, and application specifics of "Tegola Group" materials and building systems.
- Preparation of technical proposals and calculations for employees of design organizations within the competencies of "Tegola Group".
- Technical support and consulting for "Tegola Group" employees and Company partners.
- Development of drawings for insulating building structures in AutoCAD (Revit is a plus).
- Development of standard Solution Albums, standard technological maps, engineering calculation calculators in Excel, etc.
- Conducting training events (public speaking) for Company employees, clients, and partners.
- Development of sales marketing tools (application instructions, guides, leaflets, brochures, etc.).
- Adjusting the corporate website.
- Conducting site supervision on construction sites, evaluating the quality and correctness of "Tegola Group" material application.
- Assessing the quality of roofing and waterproofing using non-destructive (Isotest 2.0) and destructive (adhesion testing) methods. Preparing reports on test results.
- Handling customer objections.
- Working with claims/complaints on construction sites.
- Civil Engineering calculations:
- Preparation of material consumption sheets for construction sites (roofs, foundations, slope protection and reinforcement against water and wind erosion). Calculation of rainwater drainage systems on flat roofs according to SP 30.13330. Selection of water intake devices and their комплектации;
- Thermal calculations according to SP 50.13330;
- Other calculations.
WHAT QUALITIES, COMPETENCIES, AND EXPERIENCE ARE IMPORTANT TO US:
- Higher education in Civil Engineering (specialization in Civil Engineering, design experience);
- Knowledge of building materials, building structures, technologies, and regulatory documents in the construction field;
- Proficient PC user, confident knowledge of AutoCAD (Revit is an advantage);
